Privacy Policy
This policy explains how the MineLabify mobile app handles information. MineLabify is published by Zuvtech Digital Solutions ("we", "us"). Questions: uuganaa@trigteq.com.
1. What MineLabify is
MineLabify is a mobile app for laboratory and mine inspectors. It lets you record an inspection against a checklist, attach photos, review a summary and export a report. Accounts are created for you by your organisation's administrator; you cannot register yourself in the app.
2. Information we handle
- Account information: your username, display name and role (inspector or administrator). Your password is typed into the app only to sign in or change it; the app does not store it, and our server stores only a hashed version.
- Inspection content you enter: audit titles; cover details such as company, client, project, laboratory contact, location, manager, other personnel, auditors and dates (these may include names of other people); your answers, comments and observations.
- Photos: photos you take with the camera or choose from your photo library to document findings. The app resizes these photos and does not keep their location or camera metadata. Photos inside a JSON audit file you import are kept as they are.
- Session token: after sign-in the app keeps a token in your device's secure storage (iOS Keychain or Android Keystore) so you stay signed in.
- Exports you create (PDF, CSV, JSON) are produced on your device and go only where you choose to send them.
We do not collect your location, contacts, microphone audio, advertising identifier, or payment or health information. The app has no advertising, no analytics and no crash-reporting service, and it does not track you across other companies' apps or websites.
3. How we use it
To sign you in; to save and sync your inspections between your devices and your organisation's account; to let administrators of your organisation review inspections; and to operate, secure and support the service. We do not sell personal information and do not use it for advertising.
4. Where it is stored and who receives it
- On your device: audits, photos and your profile are stored in the app's private storage. They stay on the device when you sign out (private to your account) and are removed when you uninstall the app. The app does not add its own encryption on top of your device's protection (screen lock and device encryption). If you use device backups, the operating system may include app data in your backup.
- On our server, only when you tap Sync: audits and photos are sent over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection to the MineLabify service operated by Zuvtech Digital Solutions, which is hosted with Cloudflare, Inc. as our service provider.
- Who can see it: you, administrators of your organisation's account, and our personnel where needed to operate and support the service.
- We do not share your information with third parties for their own purposes. We may disclose information where required by law.
5. How long we keep it
We keep account and inspection data on our server while your organisation uses MineLabify, or until you or your organisation ask us to delete it. Audits you delete in the app are removed from your organisation's list at your next Sync. Deleting an audit in the app does not immediately erase its photo files from our server; to have photos erased, contact us as described below.
6. Your choices and rights
- Delete audits you own, or remove other audits from your device, inside the app.
- Sign out at any time. Uninstalling the app removes the data stored on your device.
- To ask for access to, correction or deletion of your information, or to have your account deactivated, email uuganaa@trigteq.com or ask your organisation's administrator. Because accounts are managed by your organisation, we may need to involve the organisation before acting.
- Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local data-protection law. Contact us to exercise them.
7. Permissions the app may ask for
- Camera: only when you choose to take a photo for an inspection.
- Photo library / photo picker: only when you choose to attach existing photos; only the photos you pick are copied into the audit.
8. Security
We use HTTPS for all communication with our servers, store the session token in secure storage, and limit repeated sign-in attempts. No system is perfectly secure. If your device is lost, ask your administrator to deactivate your account or change your password.
9. Children
MineLabify is a professional tool and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
10. Changes
We will post changes to this policy at this address and update the effective date above.
